1. Find your favourites
Browse the collection, check product details and add your choices to your shopping bag.
2. Place your order
Enter your delivery details and save your order. You can also send the saved order to the store on WhatsApp.
3. Pay on arrival
The store confirms stock and delivery charges, then dispatches your parcel. Pay cash when it arrives.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are confirmed by the store after you place your order. The checkout total covers products only. The store will confirm your full payable amount before dispatch.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. The store will confirm an estimated delivery time when your order is confirmed.
Do I need a credit card or an account?
No. Customers can check out without signing in. Cash on delivery is the default and no online payment is required.
Does the WhatsApp button send my message automatically?
No. It saves your order to the website first, then opens a prepared WhatsApp message. Tap Send inside WhatsApp. A saved order remains in the dashboard even if you do not send the message.
Can I return or change an order?
Contact the store through its configured WhatsApp number to discuss an order change or a return. Return eligibility and arrangements must be confirmed by the owner; no automatic return policy is assumed.
How are my delivery details protected?
Delivery details are encrypted before they are stored. Only the store owner’s signed-in account holds the key needed to read them. Avoid adding sensitive documents or payment details to your order notes.

Open the published store in Chrome on Android. From the ⋮ menu, choose “Add to home screen” or “Install app”, then confirm.
Use the live HTTPS site, not the editor preview. Browsing may work from a cached page offline, but placing orders and updating the catalogue require internet.
